These terms govern your use of Clip Maxer — our website, our Discord server, and the Clavicular clipping campaign. By joining the server, submitting a clip, or accepting a payout, you agree to them.

1. What Clip Maxer is

Clip Maxer runs a performance-based clipping program for the creator Clavicular. Clippers make short-form edits of Clavicular's streams, post them on their own social accounts, and earn based on the views those clips receive. Everything is coordinated through our Discord server and tracked automatically by our systems.

Clip Maxer is not your employer. Taking part does not create an employment, partnership, or agency relationship. You are an independent participant in a promotional program.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to receive payouts.
• One Discord account per person. Duplicate or alternate accounts may be removed and their earnings voided.
• You may only submit clips posted from social accounts you have verified as your own through our bio-code check.

3. Program rules

The campaign rules posted in the Discord server are part of these terms. In summary:

• Clips must come from Clavicular's streams and be posted on the supported platforms (TikTok, X, Instagram, YouTube Shorts).
• Every clip must include "Clavicular" in the on-screen caption, and the post's text caption must include Clavicular and #clavicular. Clips missing any of these do not count.
• Clips must reach a minimum 1% engagement rate (likes, comments, and shares relative to views) to count.
• The accounts you clip from must be streamer-niche pages, and you may verify at most two accounts per platform (more by staff approval through a ticket).
• Clips must be posted during the campaign cycle. Clips posted before it starts or after it ends do not count.
• Organic views only. View bots, purchased engagement, engagement groups, and paid promotion of clips are prohibited.
• Represent Clavicular well. Clickbait within reason is fine; content that portrays Clavicular in a negative or damaging way is not.
• No stolen clips and no resubmitting the same clip.
• Clips must be clean — no page logos or watermarks of any kind on the video.

4. Earnings and payouts

• Earnings accrue at the campaign's published rate per 1,000 tracked views, once your total views across the cycle clear the published minimum.
• The campaign has a fixed total budget. When accrued earnings reach the budget, payouts lock at that point; later views still appear on leaderboards but do not add earnings.
• View counts are read from the platforms by our tracking system on a schedule. Our recorded numbers are authoritative for payout purposes.
• Payouts are made in USDT (ERC-20) to the wallet address you set. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of that address — payments sent to the address on file are final.
• You are responsible for your own taxes. Clip Maxer does not withhold tax on your behalf.

5. Fraud and enforcement

Our systems detect artificial views automatically, both when a clip is submitted and continuously afterward. If we determine views were inflated by any artificial means, the clips involved are removed, associated earnings are forfeited, and your account may be restricted or banned from the program. Restrictions can be appealed through a support ticket; staff decisions are final.

6. Approval discretion

Clip Maxer and Clavicular may approve or reject any clip at their sole discretion, and a verdict may change at any time — including after initial approval. It is your responsibility to follow every campaign requirement.

7. Rights to your clips

You keep ownership of the clips you make. By submitting a clip, you grant Clip Maxer and Clavicular a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to view, share, embed, and repost it in connection with the campaign and its promotion.

8. Platforms and third parties

Clipping involves third-party platforms and content. Clip Maxer is not responsible for copyright strikes, takedowns, demonetization, account suspensions, or any other action a platform or rights holder takes against your accounts in connection with campaign content.

9. No guarantees; limitation of liability

Clip Maxer is provided as-is. We do not guarantee that any clip will perform, that any particular amount will be earned, or that the service will be uninterrupted. To the fullest extent the law allows, Clip Maxer is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits or opportunities.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these terms at any time; the version published here is the current one. Questions or disputes go through a support ticket in the Discord server.
