This explains what we collect when you take part in the Clip Maxer program, why we collect it, and what control you have over it.

1. What we collect

From Discord

• Your Discord ID, username, display name, and avatar.
• Messages you send in support tickets and in designated moderated channels. Ticket conversations are stored as transcripts, including after the ticket is closed.

From the accounts you link

• The handles of the social accounts you verify (TikTok, X, Instagram, YouTube).
• During verification we read your public bio once to confirm the code you placed there. We do not access anything private on your accounts and never receive your passwords.

From your clips

• The URLs you submit, plus each clip's public statistics — views, likes, comments, thumbnail, and post date — refreshed on a schedule for as long as the clip is tracked.

Payment details

• The USDT (ERC-20) wallet address you provide, and a record of payments made to it.

2. Why we collect it

• To run the campaign: verify account ownership, track clip performance, rank the leaderboard, and calculate what you are owed.
• To pay you, and to keep an accurate ledger of what has been paid.
• To prevent fraud: detecting artificial views, duplicate submissions, and duplicate accounts.
• To provide support through tickets.

3. Where it lives and who sees it

• Data is stored with our infrastructure providers (website and database hosting, and the API services we use to read public clip statistics).
• Access to campaign data is limited to Clip Maxer staff.
• We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers.
• Payouts are made on the Ethereum blockchain, which is public by design — the wallet address you provide and the payments sent to it are visible on-chain to anyone.

4. What others can see

• The leaderboard shows your name, views, and clip count to the server. You can hide your name with the Anon option at any time.
• Submitted clips and their stats are visible to staff. Your wallet address is visible only to staff.

5. Retention and your choices

• Campaign records (clips, views, earnings, payments) are kept for as long as needed to operate and account for the campaign.
• You can unlink a social account or change your wallet at any time from the details panel in Discord.
• To ask what we hold about you, or to request deletion of data we no longer need, open a support ticket in the Discord server. We may retain records needed for payment accounting or fraud prevention.

6. Age

Clip Maxer is not intended for children under 13, and payouts are only made to people 18 or over. If we learn we hold data on a child under 13, we will delete it.

7. Changes and contact

We may update this policy at any time; the version published here is the current one. Questions go through a support ticket in the Discord server.
